visit EYE HATE GOD on facebook Eyehategod is an American sludge metal band from New Orleans who formed in 1988. As a band that helped create a genre as well as equate a city with a sound, EYEHATEGOD has always remained humble anytime words like “legend” were thrown around to describe them. The thing with legends is that they grow stronger in time and over the years, word of mouth has been kind to the band. EYEHATEGOD is bigger now than they ever have been in their twenty-five plus years as a band. Pretty impressive seeing as they haven’t released a full-length album in almost fifteen years. Most people who know the band have a story to tell or they heard a story about the guys. Whether it was them playing nothing but feedback to a bewildered White Zombie crowd during their opening stint for the arena metal band in the mid-nineties, being banned from a certain venue for attacking a promoter with a barstool or cleaning out entire small towns of their drug supply, these stories spread throughout the metal community over the years, usually through a game of one-up-manship, establishing them as one of the most notorious bands around. UPDATE 08.04.2020 Dear Punxs, we hope you’re fine and in a good health. We want to give you an update for the PUNK & DISORDERLY 2020! Thanks for being so patient. The government in Germany shutdown all shows/clubs till the 19th of April and we are sure, that the shutdown will be longer than the 19th April. The current dramatic and worldwide situation leads us to the point, where we don’t think to continue with the event in any capacity. We are in contact with all bands to save the LINE UP for the next year – we are just waiting for one last band to give you more information about the Festival! We have been working with all our powers on a possible postponement of this edition but it seems like there’s no other way, so we will come back in 2021 of Punk & Disorderly Festival Berlin! We hope this gives you as much hope about the future as it does to us! We will inform you about the exact dates for our 2021 edition as soon as possible! Ticket holders can keep their tickets. They will remain VALID for the next Punk & Disorderly 2021! Of course you can also return them and get your money back if you can’t make it to the 2021 edition but now, more than ever, we would need your solidarity and would be thankful for your support by keeping your tickets. Stay safe and healthy, better times will come and we will all rock again, Punk & Disorderly...read more
visit TEN FOOT POLE on facebook Ten Foot Pole’s history includes being hardcore band Scared Straight in California in the 1980’s, fronted by a pro baseball pitcher up to 1995 and being a well-traveled underground Epitaph style band in the 90’s. In 2016 the album Setlist summarized the band’s 90’s melodic punk identity, just in time for Escalating Quickly to move beyond those genre limitations. Known for heartfelt lyrics, often stories, put to aggressive guitar riffs and fast drums, TFP was a favorite in the soundtrack for the 1990’s skate and surf scenes. They have released eight albums combined for worldwide sales of over three hundred thousand units. Ten Foot Pole took a break from 2006 to 2013, as Dennis, the lead vocalist, rhythm guitarist, and principal songwriter, focused on his audio career, mixing live sound for artists including Prince, Jimmy Eat World, Beck, AFI and Weird Al Yankovic. visit A PONY NAMED OLGA on facebook Die Berliner polka punk Legende A Pony Named Olga um Frontmann Heini Heimpel veröffentlicht mit „Ave Maria“ ihr neues Album. See A PONY NAMED OLGA live here: Want to book a show? Get in...read more
