Los Angeles, California's Donnybrook are set to release their new album "The Beast Inside" on October 12th on Eulogy Recordings. "The Beast Inside" is their highly anticipated follow up to "Lions In This Game" (2005). The album was produced by Dre Stewart (Donnybrook), Martin Stewart (Donnybrook/Terror) and Nick Jett (Donnybrook/Terror), mixing and engineering was done by Nick Jett at Blood Tracks, and mastering was done by Paul Miner at Buzzbomb Sound.
The new track "Beg For Rain" has been posted on Donnybrook'S brand new Myspace page .

Newly signed to E1 Music, sludge metal legends CROWBAR will re-release three influential records, "Crowbar", "Live +1" and "Time Heals Nothing" on October 5th, 2010. These three records are the band's core titles and have influenced many of today's major metal acts, including Lamb Of God and Hatebreed. With each title originally being released in the early nineties, this will be the first time all three records will be widely available in stores. A new CROWBAR record is planned for early-2011.

Vegan/edge hardcore heroes Earth Crisis have revealed that they are currently writing material for their next album. Guitar player Scott Crouse says, "So far we have about four new songs written and are hoping to start working on vocals this fall. The plan is to have ten new songs and re-record a few older songs that are live set staples." The band tentatively hopes to begin tracking the effort in January with an "as-of-yet undetermined producer."

After a couple more cancellations of shows we are all very sad to announce that the whole European SKARHEAD tour, which was supposed to start June 18th 2010, is now officially cancelled. Due to unforeseen circumstances and matters beyond our control including logistic problems we are extremely disappointed and want to apologize to all the fans who were looking forward seeing Skarhead.

HATEBREED keep their word! As we remember they had to cancel their April gigs. Now they're coming back in August to play Stuttgart!! At LKA on August 25th to be correct!

Blood For Blood's reunion! An official statement from the band:
"First off, we would like to thank all our fans for hanging in there over the last six long years.  As of December 2010 Blood for Blood will embark on our first tour since 2004.  Blood for Blood has agreed to join the Persistence Tour in Europe sharing a stage with long time friends Sick of it All as well as other acts soon to be announced.
The decision to play again was not an easy one to make.  Over the last few years we have tried time and time again to contact Rob about a possible Blood for Blood reunion, but he has ignored every single attempt we have made.  Therefore, we were left with no other choice but to find someone else to fill in for his BFB responsibilities.  Now, let’s make this perfectly clear: we have no ill will towards Rob whatsoever.  We wish him well and Blood for Blood will always be open to him.
That being said, we were left with the conundrum of finding a fill-in for Rob.  After some careful thought we believe we found a perfect fill-in.  We are pleased to announce that Billy Graziadei of Biohazard will be joining Blood for Blood on stage for Persistence Tour 2010.
Again thanks for all the countless emails and support letters from all our fans over the years.  We are looking forward to seeing all your ugly faces again". - BLOOD FOR BLOOD

Yooo, we finally got news for y'all: We couldn't be prouder to come up with SICK OF IT ALL as our this year's headliner! After they hit the top 40 charts they are more than excited to play PERSISTENCE TOUR 2010! Also a very big surprise: We're going to resurrect legendary BLOOD FOR BLOOD! The one and only chance to see them one more time or perhaps for the FIRST TIME! As good as it gets!! We're gonna come up with more awesome news and keep you posted!

Folks, as you may already noticed SKARHEAD had to cancel some of their gigs due to a really bad flight situation. They are very sorry for the delay! Now the first tour date will be Prague on June 29th! There are no further changes after the Prague date.

EVERGREEN TERRACE drummer Kyle Mims has amicably left the group, which he joined in 2005. According to Mims, "It was just time for me to part ways and start a new chapter in my life musically and personally. I had an amazing five years and only hope that it keeps getting better for present and future members of Evergreen."
Drummer Caleb James (Casey Jones) has subsequently been tapped to replace Mims. This will not be James' first time playing with Evergreen Terrace, as he filled in for the group last summer when Mims was sidelined following a bike accident.

ALL SHALL PERISH  has announced the departure of drummer (and original member) Matt Kuykendall, who has been replaced by Adam Pierce. Meanwhile, guitar player Jason Richardson has left the group to join Born Of Osiris. Francesco Artusato has subsequently joined the band. Here's the official word:

"So we're long due for an update on the currently happenings of All Shall Perish. Firstly, we're pleased to announce that Adam Pierce (Sea of Treachery) has come onboard as our new drummer. Yes, this means that one of our original members, Matt Kuykendall, is no longer in the band. It's always tough to part ways with a longtime member and friend, but it was absolutely necessary in order to maintain forward progress. Also, as many of you may already know, our most recent lead guitarist, Jason Richardson, has left ASP and joined Born of Osiris. That being said, we'd like you all to welcome Francesco Artusato, originally hailing from Treviso, Italy, as our new touring guitarist for the foreseeable future. This is the lineup you'll see throughout this year and hopefully well beyond. We feel great about these new additions and are confident that the ASP fans will make them feel welcome!"

Every one knows SICK OF IT ALL as the most down-to-earth guys in the music business, they love their fans and the fans love them. A couple of weeks back Century Media asked you to send any questions you always wanted to get answered by the band. Klasse Kriminale will tour Europe in September 2010 to celebrate their 25 years of activity. The band started in 1985 and never stopped since.
"Oi! Una Storia", the forthcoming album that will be released this summer, is a concept about the Oi! movement from the beginning to nowadays. The album will be released by Contra Records (Germany) in vinyl and by Anfibio Records (Italy) in cd and limited digipack edition with a comic album of "Oi! Una Storia" drew by Simone Graziani. The cd single "Solo Un Cuore" is out now on Havin' A Laugh Records, featuring a song from the forthcoming album plus three live tracks.

VOODOO GLOW SKULLS cancelled the upcoming tour. Here is the statement of the band:

We regretfully announce that the upcoming VGS tour of Europe & the UK has been cancelled due to unforseen and unpredictable personal issues. VGS' frontman, Frank Casillas will be taking an indefinite break from touring to pursue other personal and career interests. Frank is not leaving the band, just taking some much needed time off.
The band is on tour now in the U.S., and will be finishing off all confirmed U.S. dates, including the Warped Tour dates this summer. We realize that this brash decision is more than likely severing certain affiliations and connections abroad. But then again, Voodoo Glow Skulls have had a flawless reputation of more than 20 years that still hold sup regardless & have only cancelled less than a handful of tours within that time.

Now the festival takes place in the middle of Berlin centrally located in Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg! It’s easy to get there and very close to our after parties! We’re gonna provide enough beer and food stalls as well as facilities. Enough seating in our big beer tent and outside section. Better don’t miss the party of the year! New York hardcore veterans MADBALL have officially signed a European deal with Nuclear Blast Records. The group's debut for the label will be released later this year.

Irish thrashers GAMA BOMB decided to break the mold in 2009 when they released their brand new album, TALES FROM THE GRAVE IN SPACE, online as a free download. Following many requests from fans for a physical release, TALES FROM THE GRAVE IN SPACE will be available on CD and vinyl on limited edition from January 28th.

Hatebreed Frontman Jamey Jasta has fallen ill so the band will be postponing the first 3 shows. The affected shows will be made up around the Groesrock festival April 23rd. Jasta comments "I feel terrible to have to miss these first 3 shows but I need this time to heal up to make sure I will be 100%"

After protests by animal rights activists, scientists temporarily stopped an experiment on Thursday that involved burying pigs in snow and monitoring their deaths. The two-week experiment was intended to determine which factors make it possible for people to survive an avalanche in an air pocket without suffering brain damage. Hermann Brugger, co-director of the experiment led by the Institute of Mountain Emergency Medicine in Italy and the Medical University of Innsbruck, said the pigs did not suffer because they were sedated and given an anesthetic. We are finishing up the year writing for our new LP 'Keepers Of The Faith.' I guess we kind of are a real band at this point as we prepare for our fifth album. Emmure is taking us out again in January and then off to Europe with Madball, Death Before Dishonor and Cruel Hand. Life's good. The true believers remain."

ANIMOSITY has broken up. Formed in 2000, the band has released albums with Tribunal Records and Black Market Activities. See below what frontman Leo Miller says:

"You have never seen us rest this long. For those of you wondering about Animosity, you are correct to have assumed that we disbanded. It has been nearly a year since all five of us were in a room (or the same state) together. In this time, we have written zero songs and played zero shows. In short, nothing happened which I mean to say plainly and clearly. We are all still alive and friends, but following our last tour we just did nothing band related. Many of us grew up in this band, and for me personally, Animosity was somehow prioritized over everything including my very own life. This band formed our communities, relationships, experiences and the lens through which we view the world. Eight years later, I look back to being 14 years old playing Animosity shows in garages and backyards and I can honestly say that our musical and experiential goals have been exceeded in ways that once seemed impossible to me. If you haven't gotten enough of Animosity, please rest assured that we have.

"This is not to say, that everyone is gone from music. In the time since our last show, Navene finished his spectacular debut solo album called Fleshrot – dementia/dyslexia. Navene wrote played and recorded all the music himself and features beastly vocals from Jonny Davy. Check out the project here and stay posted for album release info. Also, Navene has teamed up with Tosin Abasi and is drumming in their new band Animals As Leaders. Chase also has a new band called Son of Arelius from which you can expect a full-length album out soon. New music from Evan and Frank can be anticipated in various different forms. As for me, I moved out east to study the environment.

Hey folks, SS-Kaliert just sent us the following news:
SS-KALIERT (benefit?) show!
With help of Düsseldorf's AK47 we managed to set up a show for the night after our judicial proceedings to cover potential court costs.
The hearing is public and takes place at Duisburger Amtsgericht, Friday 06th November, 09.00 am!
Be there and support the band, but please don't come drunk and wasted. Bad behaviour in any way won't help the band!
The show with "Versaute Stiefkinder" and "Pestpocken" will start at 08.00 pm at AK47 in Düsseldorf. SS-KALIERT won't play, but the members will all show up.
However the day in court will end let's just have fun at the show, we don't want any trouble in one of Germany's coolest punkrock bars! If we don't get charged we'll reduce the ticket price or spend crates of beer for everybody!!
